Quality check of Non-Graduated ware

Dimensional Tests

Dimensional parameters are strictly checked & maintained during in-process quality control as per the controlled approved drawings according to different standards like ISO / DIN / ASTM and customer’s requirements. This ensures that the final products are free from any deviations and meets specifications.

Measurement of Mechanical Stress

After the annealing process is done, a test is performed to ensure proper removal of mechanical stress from the glassware. The glassware products are kept in a polarimeter and exposed to polarized light which indicates the presence or absence of stress.

Wall Thickness Measurement

Wall thickness is measured by using the Digital Wall thickness meter and ensuring the optimum & uniform wall thickness is maintained as per ISO / DIN / ASTM standards.

Visual Appearance Check

All of our glasswares are checked for visual parameters as per international standards / Borosil master product specifications before final packing.

Printing Quality Test

The ceramic enamel / amber colors are fired in the digitally controlled sophisticated lehr chamber to get the best printing quality on the glassware. The durability of the printing against alkali & acid solution is tested & certified in accordance with ISO 4794.
