Thadani Marg, Worli, Mumbai - 400018. are the owners and proprietor ’s of the Trademark , which is a registered mark. Pursuant to NCLT Mumbai Bench order dated 15 Jan 2020, sanctioning a Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement, the trademark which was earlier owned by BGWL has been vested in The said, trademark has been used in the market, to sell and export a wide variety of glassware products since more than 5(five) decades throughout India as well as several countries across the globe. The Trademark has acquired a very high reputation and goodwill by virtue of long, extensive and continuous use. The said trademark is associated and identified exclusively with the goods manufactured, marketed and sold by (which was a wholly owned subsidiary of and formerly known as Hopewell Tableware Limited). It has, from time to time come to our notice that some persons occasionally try to sell spurious goods by copying the trademark and/or ‘Borosil Logo’ The trade and public are cautioned that only products manufactured, marketed and sold by erstwhile and are permitted to carry the trademark or ‘Borosil Logo’ Those who are deceiving the public by copying the Trademark or ‘Borosil Logo’ or using it wrongly on products not made, marketed and /or sold by (which was a wholly owned subsidiary of and formerly known as Hopewell Tableware Limited), will be prosecuted and will adopt all legal recourse available to it, which may be Civil or Criminal in nature and may include police raids, to prevent such unauthorized use without giving further notice. The Trade and Public are cautioned that they should always request for a bill on purchase of their products, as spurious goods are harmful and have dangerous and adverse effects to the life of the user as well as the nation. We request you to bring to our attention any instances of such nefarious activities, which you may come across, we shall maintain the secrecy of you identify.
